• Pantoprazole (20 mg): This ingredient is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by binding to and inhibiting a system in your stomach cells called the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system or proton pump. This action reduces the production of acid in your stomach.

• Domperidone (10 mg): This ingredient acts as a prokinetic agent, which helps increase the movement in your upper gastrointestinal tract, preventing stomach contents from flowing back into the food pipe. It does so by blocking certain receptors in your gut known as dopamine receptors, thereby reducing nausea and vomiting.
