Triolmesar 40 Tablet is used to manage resistant high blood pressure that cannot be adequately controlled with a single medication. It combines three actions to relax blood vessels and remove excess salt and water from the body. This reduces the overall workload on the heart and provides comprehensive, long term blood pressure control.

Here's how you should take Triolmesar 40 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with enough water. It's not necessary to chew or crush it.
• You can take this medicine with or without food, as per your preference.
• Always stick to the dose recommended by your doctor. Don't increase or decrease it on your own.
• It's crucial not to abruptly stop taking this medicine. If you want to discontinue, discuss it first with your doctor.

Triolmesar 40 Tablet contains three active ingredients each with a unique role:

• Amlodipine (5 mg): This ingredient works as a calcium channel blocker. It stops calcium from entering certain cells in your heart and blood vessels. This action relaxes and widens your blood vessels which improves blood flow.
• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): This is a type of diuretic often referred to as a water pill. It increases urination which helps remove excess salt and water from your body. This action reduces the amount of fluid flowing through your blood vessels, which lowers pressure within the vessels and helps lower your blood pressure.
• Olmesartan Medoxomil (40 mg): This component belongs to a class of medicines known as angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs). It prevents angiotensin II, a substance in the body that causes blood vessels to tighten, from binding to its receptors on the blood vessels. As a result, blood vessels relax and lower the blood pressure. It also reduces the release of a hormone that causes salt and water retention, further helping to lower blood pressure.

• Store Triolmesar 40 Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 20°C to 25°C.
• Shield it from light and moisture to maintain its efficacy.
