Tribet 2 Tablet can interact with medications, including:

• Antihypertensives such as atenolol, labetalol, and metoprolol. The concomitant use of this tablet with antihypertensives can increase the glucose-lowering effects of this medication.
• Other anti-diabetic agents such as insulin. The concomitant use of this tablet with insulin can lead to hypoglycemia.
• Antibiotics such as rifampicin. The concomitant use of this tablet with antibiotics may increase blood glucose levels.
• Antifungal agents such as fluconazole. The concomitant use of this tablet with antifungal agents can lead to severe hypoglycemia.
• Antidepressants such as isocarboxazid, phenelzine, and selegiline. It may increase the glucose-lowering effect of this tablet when taken with antidepressants.
• Thiazides and other diuretics agents such as acetazolamide. The concomitant use of diuretics may reduce the glucose-lowering effect of this tablet.
• Anticonvulsant agents such as phenytoin. When anticonvulsants are taken with this tablet, it may lead to hyperglycemia and may lead to loss of glycemic control.
• H2 antagonist agents such as cimetidine. The concomitant use of H2 antagonist agents with this tablet may increase the blood concentration of this tablet. 
• Oral contraceptives such as ethinyloestradiol and norethindrone. The concomitant use of oral contraceptives with this tablet may reduce the effect of these medications.

Tribet 2 Tablet can interact with diseases, including:

• Heart diseases: This tablet may worsen your existing heart condition.
• Kidney impairment: The accumulation of this tablet in the kidney can lead to the worsening of existing kidney impairment.
• Liver disease: This tablet can lead to worsening existing liver problems.
• Lactic acidosis: This tablet may cause lactic acidosis that can worsen the existing condition.

Take the daily dose of Tribet 2 Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. It is essential to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor.

If you take an excessive amount of Tribet 2 Tablet by accident, you may experience hypoglycemia or low blood sugar and lactic acidosis. To combat hypoglycemia, eat or drink a fast-acting source of sugar (fruit juice, hard candy, crackers, raisins). Seek medical attention if hypoglycemia persists.

You may take the missed dose of Tribet 2 Tablet as soon as you remember it, but if it's almost time for the next dose, skip it and continue with your regular dosing schedule; do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.
