Topnac P Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medicine used to relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation in adults. It is prescribed for joint disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis, as well as acute backache, dental pain, muscle pain, and post-injury discomfort.
It contains aceclofenac and paracetamol. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water, preferably after food, to minimise stomach irritation. Take it as prescribed by your doctor and avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products or pain relievers concurrently to prevent overdose or unwanted drug interactions.
Staying adequately hydrated and taking adequate rest supports recovery from muscle and joint injuries. Avoid intense physical exertion or heavy lifting during acute painful flare-ups as advised by your doctor.
Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, kidney or liver disease, asthma, or high blood pressure. It is not recommended during pregnancy, particularly in the third trimester, or while breastfeeding. Seek urgent medical care if you experience severe stomach pain, black stools, or an allergic skin reaction.
