Telsartan Ln 80 Tablet 10 is used for the following:

Follow these instructions while taking Telsartan Ln 80 Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of water.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day for consistent results.

• You may take this medicine with or without food.

• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.

• Continue taking this medicine even if you feel well.

• Never stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.

Telsartan Ln 80 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients that work together to lower your blood pressure:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This component belongs to a group called calcium channel blockers. It prevents calcium from entering the muscle cells of your heart and blood vessels, causing them to relax and widen, which lowers your blood pressure.

• Telmisartan (80 mg): This is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). It blocks the effect of a natural substance called angiotensin II, which normally causes blood vessels to narrow. By blocking this substance, telmisartan helps your blood vessels stay relaxed and open, reducing your blood pressure.
