Strocit 500 Tablet 10

Strocit 500 Tablet is used as supportive treatment in adults to help brain recovery and memory after stroke, head injury and in some memory disorders.

Uses of Strocit 500 Tablet are:

• Stroke Recovery: Helps support recovery of brain function after a stroke.
• Memory Support: May help with memory and attention in dementia and age-related memory problems.
• Head Injury: Used as supportive treatment after a head injury.

• Swallow the Strocit 500 Tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the Strocit 500 Tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Take the Strocit 500 Tablet at fixed times each day to maintain a consistent level of medication. 
• Do not change your Strocit 500 Tablet dose or take them more often than prescribed.

Strocit 500 Tablet is taken orally.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep Strocit 500 Tablet away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Consume a well-balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins to promote brain health and reduce the risk of cognitive decline. 
• Include healthy fats, such as those in fatty fish, nuts, and seeds, to support brain function and reduce inflammation.
• Limit the intake of processed and high-sugar foods, which can lead to inflammation and impair brain function.
• Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and limiting your intake of sugary drinks and alcohol.
• Exercise in routine improves blood flow to the brain, promotes new brain cell growth, and improves cognitive function. 
• Get adequate sleep for brain health and cognitive function. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

• Keep track of your blood pressure and heart rate while taking Strocit 500 Tablet.
• Do not take this medication if you have hypertonia (abnormally increased muscle tone that restricts movement of arms or legs)of the parasympathetic nervous system.
• Consult your doctor before taking Strocit 500 Tablet if you have persistent intracranial haemorrhage.
