SITCOM LD CREAM 30GM is used to:

• Relieve pain and discomfort caused by haemorrhoids (piles)
• Reduce itching and burning in the anal region
• Help relieve discomfort associated with anal fissures and inflamed anal tissues
• Provide relief from irritation associated with swollen anal veins
• Reduce discomfort during bowel movements

Follow these instructions while using SITCOM LD CREAM 30GM:

• Apply the cream exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Clean and gently dry the affected area before application.
• Apply a small amount to the affected area using clean hands or an applicator if provided.
• Wash your hands before and after application.
• Avoid excessive application or prolonged use without medical advice.

SITCOM LD CREAM 30GM contains the following components:

• Euphorbia prostrata extract (10 mg): This is a plant-derived extract used in the management of haemorrhoids. It contains bioactive compounds with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and venotonic properties that help reduce swelling, irritation, and discomfort associated with inflamed haemorrhoidal veins. It also supports venous tone and healing of irritated anal tissues.
• Lidocaine / Lignocaine (30 mg): This is a local anaesthetic that works by blocking sodium channels in nerve endings, preventing transmission of pain signals from the affected area to the brain. This produces temporary numbness at the application site, providing relief from pain, burning, and discomfort associated with haemorrhoids and anal fissures, especially during bowel movements.
