Ketoalfa Ds Tablet 10

Ketoalfa-DS Tablet is used for the following:

• Management of chronic kidney disease

• Reducing blood urea levels in kidney patients

• Slowing down kidney disease progression

• Supporting nutritional needs during kidney disease

• Dietary management for patients not on dialysis

• Complementing low-protein diet therapy

Follow these instructions while taking Ketoalfa-DS Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• You may take this medicine with or without food.

Ketoalfa-DS Tablet is taken orally.

Ketoalfa-DS Tablet contains multiple active ingredients that work together to support kidney function:

• Calcium-3-Methyl-2-Oxo-Valerate (134 mg): Supports protein synthesis while minimising the production of urea, which helps reduce the burden on damaged kidneys.

• Calcium-4-Methyl-2-Oxo-Valirate (202 mg): Assists in maintaining nutritional status without increasing nitrogenous waste, supporting overall kidney function.

• Calcium-2-Oxo-3-Phenylpropionate (136 mg): Helps reduce nitrogen waste in the body by providing an alternative pathway for protein synthesis without producing additional urea.

• Calcium-3-Methyl-2-Oxo-Butirate (172 mg): Works to decrease blood urea levels by limiting the breakdown of proteins that would otherwise produce nitrogenous waste products.

• L-Lysine (210 mg): As an essential amino acid, it contributes to protein formation while the body processes it in ways that produce less harmful waste products.
