Take this tablet exactly as prescribed, with or without food, at the same time each day. Continue this treatment regularly, as sustained use is important for lasting improvement in symptoms. Inform your doctor about all other neurological medicines you are taking.
Regular gentle exercise, such as walking or stretching, along with physiotherapy where advised, can support mobility and balance alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have liver problems before starting this medicine. Report any changes in mood, such as low mood or difficulty sleeping, to your doctor.
