Composition

Domperidone (30 Mg) + Rabeprazole (20 Mg)

Rabalkem-DSR Capsule is used to manage acidity, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcers by reducing excess acid and improving stomach movement. It relieves heartburn, bloating, nausea and food-pipe irritation.

It contains rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid, and domperidone, which improves the movement of the stomach.

Take it before meals or on an empty stomach as prescribed.

Tell your doctor about any liver or heart-rhythm problems before use, as domperidone can rarely affect the heart rhythm.

Rabalkem-DSR Capsule is used to manage acid reflux and ulcers.

Uses of Rabalkem-DSR Capsule are:

GERD and Acidity: Reduces stomach acid to relieve heartburn and reflux.
Peptic Ulcers: Supports healing of the stomach lining.
Digestive Comfort: Improves stomach movement to ease bloating and nausea.

Swallow the capsule wholly with water.
Do not crush, break, or chew the medicine.

Stomach pain: Eat smaller, more frequent meals and avoid consuming large quantities of food at once.
Dryness in the mouth: Sip on water throughout the day to moisten your mouth.
Headache: Rest in a quiet and dark room, apply a cold compress to your forehead, or practise relaxation techniques like deep breathing.
Flatulence: Avoid carbonated drinks, chew slowly and thoroughly.
Weakness: Get enough rest and ensure you're eating a balanced diet with enough nutrients.
Dizziness: Consider taking this medicine at night if it causes you to feel dizzy during the day.

Rabalkem-DSR capsule contains - Domperidone and Rabeprazole.
