PRAMITREM 0.25 MG Tablet 10 is used to manage Parkinson's disease, which causes tremors, stiffness, and difficulty controlling movement. It contains pramipexole, which belongs to a group of medicines called dopamine agonists.
It is also used to treat moderate to severe restless legs syndrome, a condition that causes an uncomfortable, often irresistible urge to move the legs, usually in the evening or at night. It is taken by mouth as prescribed, and the dose is increased gradually by your doctor.
Because this medicine can cause sudden sleepiness or dizziness on standing, take care with driving and stand up slowly until you know how it affects you.
Before starting, tell your doctor about any other conditions or medicines you take. Do not stop it suddenly without your doctor's advice, and report any unusual urges or hallucinations.
