Pramirol-0.125 Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing symptoms of idiopathic Parkinson's disease: This includes difficulties with muscle control, movement, and balance.

• Controlling moderate to severe restless legs syndrome: This condition, also known as Willis-Ekbom disease, is characterised by an uncontrollable urge to move the legs.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew, crush or divide the tablet.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• Always follow your doctor's advice regarding the dosage and duration of medication.

Pramirol-0.125 Tablet is taken orally.

Pramirol-0.125 Tablet contains pramipexole (0.125 mg) and works in the body as follows:

• Dopamine Receptor Activation: Pramipexole stimulates dopamine receptors in the brain, acting similarly to the neurotransmitter dopamine. This action helps manage symptoms in conditions like Parkinson's disease and restless legs syndrome.
