Pan MPS O Oral Suspension used for managing symptoms related to excess stomach acid and gas. It provides relief from heartburn, acid indigestion, and dyspepsia (indigestion) by neutralizing stomach acid. It is also effective in controlling flatulence, bloating, and pain caused by peptic ulcers, offering fast relief and acting as an antacid/anti-gas combination.

Pan MPS O Oral Suspension contains four active ingredients:

• Aluminium Hydroxide (250 mg): This antacid neutralises and reduces the excess hydrochloric acid secreted in the stomach, helping alleviate symptoms like heartburn and acid reflux.

• Magnesium Hydroxide (Milk of Magnesia) (250 mg): Also an antacid, magnesium hydroxide works in a similar manner by reducing stomach acid levels.

• Simethicone (50 mg): An anti-flatulent ingredient, simethicone lowers the surface tension of gas bubbles in the gut. It allows small gas bubbles to merge into larger ones that can be passed more easily as flatulence or belching, preventing gas build-up.

• Oxetacaine (10 mg): This is a local anaesthetic that numbs the lining of the mouth, throat and oesophagus on contact. This provides quick relief from pain caused by acid irritation.

• Store Pan MPS O Oral Suspension below 30°C temperature.

• Keep it in a dry place, protected from light.
