Ozole D Capsule is used to manage acid reflux and ulcers.

Uses of Ozole D Capsule are:

• GERD and Heartburn: Relieves heartburn, acid regurgitation and difficulty swallowing.
• Peptic Ulcers: Supports healing of stomach and duodenal ulcers when appropriate.
• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: Manages conditions with excessive acid production.

When taking Ozole-D Capsule, follow these steps:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule before swallowing it.
• Take the medicine 15-30 minutes before a meal, preferably in the morning.
• For specific advice on how often and how long to take this medicine, consult your doctor.

Ozole-D Capsule is taken orally.

Ozole-D Capsule works through the combined action of its two active ingredients:

• Domperidone (10 mg): This ingredient acts on specific sites in your body called dopamine receptors located in your gut and brain. By blocking these sites, domperidone improves the movement of food through your upper digestive tract and reduces feelings of sickness.

• Omeprazole (20 mg): A key player in stomach acid production are proton pumps found in cells lining your stomach. Omeprazole works by binding to these proton pumps and inhibiting their function, which results in decreased production and secretion of stomach acid.

   

  Together, these actions help manage conditions like GERD, peptic ulcers, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome effectively by controlling symptoms and promoting healing.

   

• Store Ozole-D Capsule at room temperature, ideally between 15 and 30°C.
• Keep it in a tightly sealed container to protect from light and moisture.
• Always keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
• Check the expiry date before use; never take the medicine if it's past this date.

• If you're managing gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with Ozole-D Capsule, avoid eating large meals; instead, have smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day.

   

• Regular exercise can also help manage GERD symptoms. However, avoid intense workouts that could strain abdominal muscles, exacerbating acid reflux symptoms.
