• Carbonic Anhydrase Inhibitors: Medicines like acetazolamide and topiramate may increase the risk of lactic acidosis when taken with ONDERO DM 1G TABLET 10 due to its metformin content.

• Cationic Medicines: Medications such as ranolazine, vandetanib, and dolutegravir can increase metformin accumulation in your body, raising the risk of lactic acidosis.

• Diuretics: Water tablets like furosemide and hydrochlorothiazide may increase the risk of dehydration and low blood pressure when combined with dapagliflozin in ONDERO DM 1G TABLET 10.

ONDERO DM 1G TABLET 10 interacts with the following diseases:

• Kidney Disease: This tablet is contraindicated if you have severe kidney problems (eGFR below 30 mL/min), as it may worsen your condition.

• Metabolic Acidosis: ONDERO DM 1G TABLET 10 is not suitable if you have this condition, including diabetic ketoacidosis, as it may worsen the acid imbalance in your body.

• Liver Disease: Patients with liver problems should use this medicine cautiously, as it may increase the risk of lactic acidosis.

The daily dose of ONDERO DM 1G TABLET 10 should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of your condition and response to treatment. Always follow the prescribed dosage without altering it.
