Oflochem CX Tablet is used to treat bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, urinary tract and other body systems in adults, including bronchitis and urinary tract infections.

Uses of Oflochem CX Tablet are:

Oflochem Cx Tablet 10 consists of two active ingredients:

It attaches to specific proteins within the bacterial cell wall, preventing the linkage of peptidoglycan chains, which are crucial for the strength and rigidity of the bacterial cell wall. This weakens the cell wall, causing it to break.
• Ofloxacin (200 mg): A part of the fluoroquinolone class of antibiotics, it works by impeding enzymes necessary for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination. By inhibiting these enzymes, known as DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, it disrupts DNA synthesis, leading to bacterial cell death.
