Obimet GX1 Tablet is used to control blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes. It helps improve glucose regulation, reduce insulin resistance, and lower the risk of long-term complications such as kidney, nerve, and vascular damage.

Obimet GX1 Tablet has two active ingredients that work in tandem to control blood sugar levels:

• Glimepiride (1 mg): This medium-to-long-acting sulfonylurea lowers blood glucose levels by stimulating pancreatic beta cells to release more insulin. It also increases the sensitivity of peripheral tissues to insulin, making them more receptive to absorbing glucose from the bloodstream.
