Alcohol can increase the blood pressure-lowering effects of Nicostar 2 MG Injection 1 ML, leading to dizziness and fainting. Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment.
 

Patients with liver impairment should use Nicostar 2 MG Injection 1 ML with caution, as metabolism of the medicine may be affected. Close monitoring is advised.
 

Severe kidney impairment requires caution, as nicorandil elimination may be altered. Dose adjustments and regular monitoring may be necessary.
 

Nicostar 2 MG Injection 1 ML may cause dizziness, light-headedness, or drowsiness, especially at the start of therapy. Avoid driving, cycling, or operating heavy machinery until you know how it affects you.
 

Do not take Nicostar 2 MG Injection 1 ML if you are allergic to nicorandil or any of its components. Signs of allergy include rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing, or severe dizziness. Immediate medical attention is required in such cases.
 

Nicostar 2 MG Injection 1 ML is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
