Myocyst M Tablet 10

Myocyst-M Tablet is used to treat polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in adult women. It combines metformin and myoinositol to improve insulin sensitivity, regulate menstrual cycles, and support ovulation and hormonal balance. This medication may enhance fertility outcomes by improving egg quality and assist in managing weight issues associated with PCOS.

Follow these instructions while taking MyoCyst-M Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.

• The tablet should be taken as per your doctor's advice.

• Don't discontinue the medicine without consulting your doctor.

MyoCyst-M Tablet is taken orally.

MyoCyst-M Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Myo-inositol (600 mg): This naturally occurring substance helps improve ovarian function and egg quality in PCOS. It functions as an insulin sensitizer that mediates insulin signalling pathways. By doing so, myoinositol reduces insulin resistance, restores regular menstrual cycles, and enhances fertility outcomes in women with PCOS.

• Metformin (500 mg): This component falls under the category of biguanides, a class of antidiabetic drugs. Metformin works by reducing insulin resistance, lowering blood glucose levels, and decreasing the production of male hormones in women with PCOS. It achieves this by suppressing the production of glucose in the liver, enhancing sensitivity to insulin in the body's peripheral areas, and inhibiting intestinal absorption of glucose.

• Store MyoCyst-M Tablet in a dry place where the temperature doesn't exceed 25°C.

• If you're managing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) with MyoCyst-M Tablet, consider reducing your intake of processed foods and sugar. These can exacerbate insulin resistance, a common issue in PCOS.

• Regular physical activity can help manage weight and regulate menstrual cycles, both of which are important in managing PCOS. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week.
