Morease Tablet 10 is used to relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome such as abdominal pain, bloating, and intestinal discomfort. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the intestines, reducing spasms and improving digestion. This tablet is also effective in conditions like spastic constipation and spastic colitis.

To use Morease Tablet 10, follow these simple steps:

• Take the tablet as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew it.
• Take it 20 minutes before meals to avoid stomach discomfort.

The active ingredient in Morease Tablet 10 is mebeverine, an antispasmodic medication that helps with muscle spasms in the gut.

• Mebeverine acts by blocking calcium channels found in the muscle cells of intestinal walls, thereby preventing excessive contractions.
• The chemical structure of mebeverine resembles that of papaverine, which also has antispasmodic properties. However, unlike papaverine which can cause drowsiness as a side effect, mebeverine does not affect alertness or cause sedation due to its low penetration into the central nervous system.
