Metpure XL 25 Tablet is used for blood pressure, angina, and heart rhythm conditions.
Uses of Metpure XL 25 Tablet are:
• High Blood Pressure: Lowers raised blood pressure and eases the heart's workload.
• Angina: Helps prevent and control the chest pain of angina.
• Irregular Heart Rhythms: Helps steady certain abnormal heartbeats.

• Take the tablet with one whole glass of water
• Swallow the tablet as a whole; do not crush or chew it.
• Take the tablet at fixed times each day to maintain a consistent level of medication.

Metpure - XL 25 Tablet contains the following component: 

• S-Metoprolol Tartarate (25 mg): It is a beta blocker that blocks specific receptors in the heart, leading to a decreased heart rate and reduced force of heart contractions.
