It is highly effective for reducing pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as ear infections and teething, as well as soothing body aches that come with the flu.
This suspension contains Paracetamol and Mefenamic Acid. Paracetamol works quickly to reduce fever and mild pain. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). that provides longer-lasting relief by blocking the prostaglandins that cause throbbing pain and swelling. Together, they provide a "dual-attack" on discomfort, helping the child rest and recover.
Shake the bottle well before use. The dose is calculated based on the child's weight, so use the exact amount prescribed by your paediatrician. It is best given with food or milk to protect the child's stomach. Do not give this medication for more than 7 days unless directed. Seek medical attention if the child develops a persistent rash or if the fever does not come down after several doses.
