Mac RD Capsule is used to manage acid reflux, GERD, heartburn, and indigestion. It reduces excess stomach acid, relieves bloating and chest burning, and is also helpful in duodenal ulcers and acid overproduction conditions.

Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule.
The capsule is usually taken at least one hour before a meal.

Dizziness: Consider taking this medicine at night if it causes you to feel dizzy during the day.

Mac RD Capsule contains two active ingredients:

Rabeprazole (20 mg): As a proton pump inhibitor, rabeprazole works by blocking the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system in gastric parietal cells. This enzyme is responsible for the final step of acid production in your stomach. By inhibiting this proton pump, rabeprazole effectively reduces gastric acid secretion.
Domperidone (30 mg): As a dopamine antagonist with antiemetic and gastroprokinetic properties, domperidone increases esophageal peristalsis and lower esophageal sphincter pressure. These actions help prevent reflux of stomach contents into the esophagus. Additionally, domperidone accelerates gastric emptying and intestinal transit, relieving symptoms of nausea and bloating.
