Lupride Depot 22.5 Injection is used to treat hormone-related conditions in adults and certain conditions in children. In adults it is used for advanced prostate cancer, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids, and in children it is used for early (precocious) puberty.

It contains leuprolide, which lowers the body's production of certain sex hormones. It is given as a long-acting (depot) injection by a doctor or nurse, who will decide the dose and the interval between injections.
