Lupin Umetrio Capsule 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Other LABA or LAMA-containing inhalers: Using two medicines with similar components together can increase the chance of side effects such as fast heartbeat, dry mouth, tremors, or breathing discomfort. Your doctor will usually avoid prescribing multiple inhalers from the same class unless clearly needed.
• Antifungal medicines (such as ketoconazole): These medicines can slow down the breakdown of this medicine in the body. As a result, the levels may increase, which can raise the chance of side effects. Your doctor may monitor you more closely if both are used together.
• Anti-HIV medicines (such as ritonavir): These medicines can increase the effect of this medicine in the body. This may lead to stronger side effects such as palpitations or shakiness. Dose adjustment or monitoring may be required.
• Beta-blockers (used for heart problems or high blood pressure): These medicines can reduce the effect of this medicine on the lungs and may make breathing control less effective in some people. Your doctor will choose medicines carefully if both are needed.

If you miss a dose of Lupin Umetrio Capsule 10, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not use extra doses to make up for the missed one.
