Lulibet 1 Cream is used to treat fungal infections of the skin, such as ringworm, athlete's foot and jock itch. It is a single-ingredient medicine containing luliconazole 1%, which belongs to a class of medicines called azole antifungals.
This medicine is applied to the skin only and helps clear itching, redness and scaling caused by the fungus. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin and a small area around it, as directed by your doctor. Keep it away from the eyes, mouth and the inside of the vagina. Continue using it for the full time prescribed, even if the itching and rash clear early, to help stop the infection coming back.
Dry the skin thoroughly after bathing, especially between the toes and in skin folds. Wearing loose cotton clothes, changing socks and underwear daily, and not sharing towels or combs can help prevent the infection spreading or returning.
Before using this medicine, tell your doctor about any allergies or skin sensitivity and about other creams or medicines you use. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Contact your doctor if the treated skin becomes more irritated, blisters or swells, or if the infection does not improve. Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
