Juslina D 5/10 Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes. It is a combination antidiabetic medicine containing dapagliflozin (an SGLT2 inhibitor) and linagliptin (a DPP-4 inhibitor).
It helps lower blood sugar and supports long-term glucose control, reducing the risk of complications such as kidney damage and nerve problems. Take it in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor. Continue it consistently, alongside a balanced diet and regular exercise.
Follow a structured diabetes diet with controlled portions of rice, roti and sweets, stay active, drink enough water and monitor your blood sugar routinely.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. It is not suitable during pregnancy. Seek medical advice for recurring urinary discomfort or unusual fatigue. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
