Janumap M 500 Tablet 15 is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus by controlling blood sugar through enhanced insulin release and reduced liver glucose output.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush or chew the tablet.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's nearly time for your next dose.
