• Antihypertensive medicines (e.g., enalapril, atenolol): Some antihypertensive medicines (especially beta-blockers) may mask symptoms of hypoglycaemia or affect blood sugar levels. Close monitoring of blood glucose levels may be required, especially when starting or adjusting therapy.
• Antidiabetic medicines (e.g., insulin): Concomitant use with other blood sugar-lowering medicines may significantly increase the risk of hypoglycaemia. Dose adjustment and careful monitoring are important to avoid sudden drops in blood glucose levels.
