Insugen R Refil 100iu Cartridges 3ml Pack Of 5 Injections is used to:

• Manage blood glucose levels in type 1 diabetes
• Control blood sugar in type 2 diabetes when oral medicines alone are insufficient
• Help control hyperglycaemia during periods of acute illness or metabolic stress
• Support postprandial (after-meal) glucose control
• Provide short-acting insulin coverage in combination with longer-acting insulins

Follow these instructions while taking Insugen R Refil 100iu Cartridges 3ml Pack Of 5 Injections:

• Administer the injection exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Inject under the skin (subcutaneously) in the abdomen, thighs, or upper arms using the recommended insulin device or cartridge system.
• Rotate injection sites to avoid lipodystrophy (fat lumps or dents).
• Administer the injection 15–30 minutes before meals for optimal effect.

Do not share injection devices with others.

Insugen R Refil 100iu Cartridges 3ml Pack Of 5 Injections contains the following components:

• Human Insulin / Soluble Insulin (100 IU/mL): This is a short-acting insulin that works in the same way as the insulin naturally produced by the pancreas. After injection, it helps move glucose from the bloodstream into muscle and fat cells, where it is used for energy. At the same time, it reduces excess glucose release from the liver and helps reduce the breakdown of fats and proteins that occurs when insulin levels are low. By performing these actions, it effectively lowers high blood sugar levels, supports stable glucose control around meal times, and helps reduce the risk of diabetes-related complications affecting the eyes, kidneys, nerves, and heart when taken regularly as prescribed.
