Insugen R 100iu Injection 10ml is used for the following:

• Helping achieve optimal glycaemic control in diabetes

Follow these instructions when administering Insugen R 100iu Injection 10ml:

• Administer the injection subcutaneously in the abdomen, thighs, or upper arms.

• Rotate injection sites regularly to prevent skin complications.

• Once opened, use the vial within 28 days.

Insugen R 100iu Injection 10ml contains regular human insulin (100 IU), which works on the body as follows:

• Glucose uptake stimulation: Regular human insulin helps glucose move from your bloodstream into muscle and fat cells, where it can be used for energy production.

• Liver glucose production inhibition: It prevents your liver from producing and releasing additional glucose into your bloodstream, which helps maintain proper blood sugar levels.
