Indaflo G Rotacaps 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antihypertensive medicines (e.g., propranolol, atenolol): Beta-blockers may reduce the bronchodilator effect of indacaterol and may worsen breathing symptoms.
• Antidiabetic medicines (e.g., metformin, insulin): The corticosteroid component may affect blood glucose levels, and monitoring may be required.
• Other inhalers containing LABA, LAMA, or ICS: Using similar inhaled medicines together may increase the risk of side effects such as tremors, palpitations, or dry mouth.
• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, ritonavir, clarithromycin): These medicines may increase exposure to mometasone and raise the risk of steroid-related side effects.
• Other anticholinergic medicines (e.g., tiotropium, ipratropium): Concomitant use may increase the risk of anticholinergic side effects such as dry mouth, blurred vision, or difficulty passing urine.

Indaflo G Rotacaps 10 should be used with caution in the following conditions:

• Heart rhythm disorders or heart disease: This medicine may affect heart rate or rhythm in some individuals. People with existing heart conditions may require closer monitoring during treatment.
• Active or recurrent infections: The corticosteroid component (mometasone) may increase the risk of infections such as respiratory infections or oral fungal infections. Seek medical advice if symptoms worsen.
• Osteoporosis (weak bones): Long-term use of inhaled corticosteroids may affect bone strength. Monitoring may be required in patients with osteoporosis.
• Narrow-angle glaucoma: The anticholinergic component may increase eye pressure and worsen narrow-angle glaucoma. Report eye pain or blurred vision to your doctor.
• Urinary retention: The anticholinergic component may worsen urinary retention, especially in patients with prostate enlargement or difficulty passing urine.
• Hypokalaemia (low potassium levels): Beta2-agonists such as indacaterol may lower potassium levels. Monitoring may be required in susceptible patients.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the next scheduled dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual. Do not take extra doses to make up for a missed dose.
