Hp Kit may interact with the following medicines:

• Anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin and acenocoumarol): Tinidazole may enhance their anticoagulant effects, increasing the risk of bleeding. INR monitoring and dose adjustment may be required.
• Antiplatelet medicines (e.g., clopidogrel): Omeprazole inhibits CYP2C19 and may reduce the conversion of clopidogrel into its active form, potentially reducing its antiplatelet effect.
• Antimetabolites (e.g., methotrexate): Amoxicillin may reduce methotrexate elimination, while omeprazole may increase methotrexate exposure, particularly at high doses. This can increase the risk of toxicity.
• Antiretroviral medicines (e.g., atazanavir and nelfinavir): Omeprazole reduces stomach acidity and may substantially decrease their absorption and effectiveness. Certain combinations should be avoided.
• Immunosuppressants (e.g., tacrolimus and ciclosporin): Omeprazole may increase tacrolimus exposure in some patients. Tinidazole may also increase the risk of toxicity with these medicines, requiring monitoring.
• Antiepileptic medicines (e.g., phenytoin): Omeprazole may increase phenytoin concentrations. Tinidazole may also affect phenytoin exposure, requiring monitoring and possible dose adjustment.

Hp Kit requires caution in the following conditions:

• Seizure disorders or peripheral neuropathy: Tinidazole may cause neurological adverse effects, including seizures and peripheral neuropathy. Stop treatment and seek medical advice if abnormal neurological symptoms develop.
• Blood disorders: Tinidazole may cause temporary reductions in certain white blood cells and requires caution in patients with existing blood disorders.
• History of antibiotic-associated colitis: Amoxicillin may cause Clostridioides difficile-associated diarrhoea, which can range from mild to severe.
• Previous severe drug allergies: Patients with a history of serious reactions to penicillins, nitroimidazoles or proton pump inhibitors may be at increased risk of hypersensitivity reactions.

Take Hp Kit in the dose, combination and duration prescribed by your doctor. Each kit contains separate tablets and capsules, which must be taken according to the manufacturer's dosing instructions.
