CompositionGlynium Respules are primarily used to manage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. It works by reducing symptoms like shortness of breath, coughing and wheezing. It contains glycopyrrolate (glycopyrronium).
This medicine relaxes the muscles around the airways through an anticholinergic action, which widens the airways and keeps them open for longer, easing breathlessness and reducing flare-ups with regular use.
Use this respule with a nebuliser machine as your doctor prescribes, breathing in the mist through a mouthpiece or mask over the recommended time.
Do not stop this medicine on your own, even if you feel well, as it works to control symptoms over time. Tell your doctor if you have glaucoma or difficulty passing urine, as this medicine needs caution in these conditions.
