GANTRA 2.5MG TABLET 14 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antihypertensive medicines (e.g., amlodipine, enalapril): Concurrent use may increase the risk of low blood pressure, dizziness, or fainting in some individuals. Blood pressure monitoring may be required during treatment.
• Other soluble guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g., riociguat): Taking these medicines together may significantly increase the risk of severe hypotension and related cardiovascular complications. Concurrent use is contraindicated.
• PDE-5 inhibitors (e.g., sildenafil, tadalafil): Concurrent use may increase the risk of symptomatic hypotension, dizziness, or fainting. Combined use is generally not recommended.
• Organic nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate): Taking these medicines together may further reduce blood pressure in susceptible individuals. Careful monitoring may be advised during treatment.
• Diuretic medicines (e.g., furosemide, torsemide): Combined use may increase the risk of dehydration, dizziness, or low blood pressure, especially in patients with volume depletion. Monitoring may be required during treatment.

GANTRA 2.5MG TABLET 14 should be used with caution if you have:

• Hypotension or low blood pressure: Vericiguat may further lower blood pressure and increase the risk of dizziness, fainting, or weakness in susceptible individuals.
• Heart failure with marked fluid depletion: Patients with dehydration or reduced circulating volume may have a higher risk of symptomatic hypotension during treatment.

Take GANTRA 2.5MG TABLET 14 exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may be adjusted gradually depending on blood pressure, tolerability, clinical response, and heart failure status. Continue treatment regularly along with other prescribed heart failure therapies.

Overdose of GANTRA 2.5MG TABLET 14 may increase the risk of severe hypotension, dizziness, fainting, weakness, or cardiovascular complications. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of GANTRA 2.5MG TABLET 14, take it as soon as you remember on the same day. If it is nearly time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular schedule. Do not take two doses on the same day to compensate for the missed dose.
