Gantra 5mg Tablet 14 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antihypertensive medicines (e.g., amlodipine, enalapril): Concurrent use may increase the risk of low blood pressure, dizziness, or fainting in some individuals. Blood pressure monitoring may be required during treatment.
• Other soluble guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g., riociguat): Taking these medicines together may significantly increase the risk of severe hypotension and related cardiovascular complications. Concurrent use is contraindicated.
• PDE-5 inhibitors (e.g., sildenafil, tadalafil): Concurrent use may increase the risk of symptomatic hypotension, dizziness, or fainting. Combined use is generally not recommended.
• Organic nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate): Taking these medicines together may further reduce blood pressure in susceptible individuals. Careful monitoring may be advised during treatment.

Overdose of Gantra 5mg Tablet 14 may increase the risk of severe hypotension, dizziness, fainting, weakness, or cardiovascular complications. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of Gantra 5mg Tablet 14, take it as soon as you remember on the same day. If it is nearly time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular schedule. Do not take two doses on the same day to compensate for the missed dose.
