Espin-AT Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults. It is also used to manage angina pectoris, a type of chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart.
It contains atenolol, a beta-blocker, and S-amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, which work together to lower blood pressure and reduce the workload on the heart. Take it as prescribed, and continue taking it even when you feel well; do not stop suddenly without medical advice.
Limiting salt intake, staying physically active, maintaining a healthy weight and avoiding excessive alcohol support blood pressure and heart health alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have asthma, a slow heart rate, or kidney or liver problems before starting this medicine. Report any severe dizziness, swelling of the ankles or feet, or a very slow heartbeat to your doctor promptly.
