CompositionEnzoflam-MR Tablet is used to relieve pain, swelling and inflammation caused by muscle spasms, sprains and musculoskeletal injuries, including lower back pain, neck pain and joint conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
It contains aceclofenac and paracetamol, which relieve pain and reduce fever and inflammation, along with thiocolchicoside, a muscle relaxant that eases muscle stiffness. Take this tablet with food, as prescribed by your doctor, for a short course.
Gentle stretching, applying a warm compress to stiff muscles, and avoiding heavy lifting until the pain settles can help alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, liver, kidney or heart problems, or muscle weakness disorders before starting this tablet. Report any black stools, severe stomach pain, unusual muscle weakness, or skin rash immediately.
