Elosone F Cream 10Gm

Elosone F Cream is used to treat infected, inflamed skin conditions, relieving inflammation and itching while helping to clear the bacterial infection.

Uses of Elosone F Cream are:

• Infected Eczema and Dermatitis: Treats inflamed skin conditions with bacterial infection.
• Itching and Redness: Eases inflammation, itching, and swelling.
• Localised Skin Infection: Helps clear conditions such as impetigo and folliculitis when inflammation is present.

• Ensure your hands are clean and dry before applying the cream.
• Clean the area of skin where the cream will be applied. Dry it well.
• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area. Gently massage until it is fully absorbed.
• Wash your hands after applying, unless your hands are being treated.

Elosone F Cream 10gm is applied topically.

Elosone F Cream 10gm contains two active ingredients:

• Mometasone (0.1%): It is a corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties. It helps reduce skin inflammation and redness.
• Fusidic acid (2%): This is an antibiotic that halts bacterial growth by inhibiting protein synthesis. Fusidic acid binds to a bacterial enzyme called elongation factor G (EF-G), which prevents the translocation step of bacterial protein synthesis. As a result, the bacteria are unable to produce essential proteins needed for growth and replication.

• Keep Elosone F Cream 10gm stored below 30°C in a cool, dry place.
• Make sure to protect it from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Always keep the tube tightly closed when not in use.
• Keep it out of reach of children.
• Only use this cream before its expiry date.

• If you are dealing with dermatitis or eczema, try to avoid irritants like harsh soaps, detergents, and fragrances, which can exacerbate the condition. Opt for gentle skincare products instead.
• Maintain a balanced diet rich in essential fatty acids from foods like fish and nuts, as they are known to help manage inflammatory skin conditions.
