Elastin M Tablet 10 is used to treat allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes caused by allergic rhinitis. It combines an antihistamine and a decongestant to reduce nasal congestion and allergic discomfort. It should be taken before meals for effective absorption.

Elastin M Tablet 10 is a combination medicine that includes two active ingredients:

• Bilastine (20 mg): This non-sedating antihistamine selectively binds to H1 histamine receptors in your body. Histamine is a natural chemical released during allergic reactions causing symptoms like itching, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes. By blocking histamine action, bilastine helps manage these allergy symptoms.
• Montelukast (10 mg): Belonging to a class of medicines called leukotriene receptor antagonists (LTRAs), montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotrienes. These are inflammatory chemicals released during an asthma attack or allergic reaction, causing airways to narrow and swell up, leading to difficulty breathing, chest tightness, and wheezing. Montelukast helps keep the airways open by blocking leukotriene receptors and preventing airway inflammation.

• Keep Elastin M Tablet 10 in its original packaging to protect it from light and moisture.
• Store the medicine at a comfortable room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
• Keep the tablet well out of sight and reach of children for safety reasons.
