Duolin LD Respules are used to manage COPD and other obstructive airway conditions. By relaxing and opening the airways, they relieve bronchospasm, improve airflow to the lungs, and reduce breathlessness, wheezing, and chest tightness, supporting better lung function and exercise tolerance.

Primary Uses of Duolin LD Respules are:

• COPD and Obstructive Airway Disease: Opens narrowed airways to ease breathing difficulty.

• Bronchospasm Relief: Relieves airway tightening and reduces wheezing and chest tightness.

To use Duolin LD Respule, follow these instructions:

• Start by opening the respule and emptying its contents into the nebulizer reservoir.
• Operate the nebulizer as per the manufacturer's instructions until all the medication is delivered, which usually takes about 5 to 15 minutes.
• After each dose, rinse your mouth to prevent throat irritation and fungal infections.
• Do not mix the contents of the respule with other medications in the nebulizer unless advised by your doctor.

Duolin LD Respule is administered via a nebulizer.

Duolin LD Respule contains two active ingredients that work together in managing COPD symptoms:

• Levosalbutamol (0.63 mg): This is a short-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist that stimulates certain receptors in the lungs causing relaxation and dilation of airways. This helps improve airflow and makes breathing easier.
• Ipratropium (500 mcg): This ingredient blocks the action of a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine on muscarinic receptors in your lungs. By doing so, it prevents the constriction of airways that makes it hard to breathe.
