To use Duolin LD Respule, follow these instructions:

• Start by opening the respule and emptying its contents into the nebulizer reservoir.
• Operate the nebulizer as per the manufacturer's instructions until all the medication is delivered, which usually takes about 5 to 15 minutes.
• After each dose, rinse your mouth to prevent throat irritation and fungal infections.
• Do not mix the contents of the respule with other medications in the nebulizer unless advised by your doctor.

Duolin LD Respule contains two active ingredients that work together in managing COPD symptoms:
