Dologel-CT Gel is used to relieve pain, swelling and irritation in the mouth caused by ulcers, sore gums, cold sores, braces, dentures or minor infections. It has analgesic and antiseptic properties that provide relief and support healing of the affected area.
Apply a small amount of the gel directly to the affected area using clean fingers or a cotton swab, as prescribed by your doctor. Avoid eating or drinking for 15 to 20 minutes after application to allow it to take effect, and avoid swallowing the gel. Continue using it for the recommended duration to support healing of the affected tissue.
Maintain good oral hygiene while using this gel, and avoid hot, spicy or acidic foods that may irritate the affected area further. Rinsing the mouth gently with lukewarm water may also help soothe discomfort.
Before using this gel, tell your doctor if you have a history of allergies to any of its ingredients or if the affected area shows signs of worsening. Consult your doctor if the condition does not improve or if you notice increased irritation, swelling, or signs of infection.
