Dexoderm OC Plus Cream is used in adults to treat bacterial and fungal skin infections that are accompanied by inflammation, itching and redness.

Uses of Dexoderm OC Plus Cream are:

• Bacterial Skin Infections with Inflammation: Clears bacterial infection while reducing swelling and redness.
• Fungal Skin Infections with Inflammation: Treats fungal infections along with associated itching and irritation.

• Make sure that the affected skin area is clean and dry before application
• Apply a thin layer of the prescribed amount of cream to the affected areas as advised by your doctor
• Gently rub in the cream until it is fully absorbed into the skin
• Always wash your hands thoroughly after application unless your hands are being treated
• Avoid applying this cream to your eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes

Dexoderm Oc Plus Cream 15gm is applied topically.

Dexoderm Oc Plus Cream 15gm contains three active ingredients which work together to manage skin infections:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This potent corticosteroid reduces inflammation by inhibiting the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation and reducing the activity of immune cells in the skin.
• Neomycin (0.5%): This antibacterial medicine hampers bacterial growth by binding to a specific part of bacterial cells known as the 30S ribosomal subunit, preventing them from producing proteins that they need to survive and multiply.
• Miconazole (2%): As an antifungal agent, miconazole disrupts the cell membranes of fungi, causing their contents to leak out and leading to the death of fungal cells.

• Store Dexoderm Oc Plus Cream 15gm at a temperature below 25°C.
• Keep the cream in a cool, dry place, shielded from direct sunlight
• Do not allow the cream to freeze
