Dermiford Cream contains several active ingredients that work together in the following ways:

• Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline (1%): As an antibacterial and antifungal agent. It disrupts the cell membranes of harmful microorganisms causing their death.
• Ketoconazole (2%): It is an antifungal that works by inhibiting the formation of ergosterol, a key component in fungal cell membranes.
• Neomycin (0.1%): Neomycin is an antibiotic that blocks bacterial protein synthesis resulting in bacterial cell death.
• Tolnaftate (1%): Another antifungal ingredient found in Dermiford Cream; tolnaftate interferes with the formation of ergosterol, disrupting fungal cell membranes.
