CompositionDeriphyllin Injection is used to provide rapid relief from breathing difficulty in severe asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It contains etofylline and theophylline, which relax the bronchial muscles and increase airflow to the lungs. Deriphyllin Injection also improves the strength of breathing muscles and helps clear trapped air from the lungs in severe attacks.
