• Antitubercular medicines (e.g., rifampicin, rifabutin): These medicines may reduce the effectiveness of darifenacin by increasing its breakdown in the liver. Your doctor may monitor your symptoms and decide if a treatment adjustment is required.

• Gastric retention or severe constipation: Darifenacin may slow stomach and bowel movement, which can worsen digestive blockage or severe constipation. Inform your doctor if you develop persistent abdominal discomfort or reduced bowel movements.
