Daplo M5 Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Improving blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes

Daplo M5 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients which help in controlling blood sugar levels:

• Dapagliflozin (5 mg): This ingredient inhibits the sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 (SGLT2) protein located in your kidneys. The inhibition of this protein prevents the reabsorption of glucose back into the body, leading to the excretion of excess glucose through urine. This process helps decrease the amount of glucose in your body, thus lowering blood sugar levels.
