Daophage G2 Tablet 15 is a diabetes medicine used to manage high blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes when a single medicine is not enough. It is a combination medicine containing glimepiride (helps the pancreas release insulin) and metformin (helps the body respond better to insulin), and belongs to classes of medicines called sulfonylureas and biguanides.
