Daigud M 1 MG Tablet 10 contains dapagliflozin and metformin, which belong to groups of medicines called SGLT2 inhibitors and biguanides. It remove excess glucose in the urine and improve the body's response to insulin. It is usually taken with food. Continue taking it regularly even when you feel well, and do not stop it without medical advice.
Diet and lifestyle are an important part of managing diabetes alongside this medicine. These include eating regular balanced meals, limiting sugary foods and drinks, staying active, and drinking enough fluids to stay well hydrated.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any kidney problems, frequent urinary or genital infections, or other medicines you take. Drink enough fluids to avoid dehydration, and tell your doctor straight away if you feel very unwell with vomiting, stomach pain, or fast breathing.
