CYCLOPURE 50 CAPSULE 10 is used to prevent transplant rejection and to manage several conditions where the immune system is overactive.

Follow these instructions while taking CYCLOPURE 50 CAPSULE 10:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day.

• You can take this medicine with or without food, but be consistent.

• Do not crush, break, or chew the capsule.

• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember.

• Never take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

• T-lymphocyte inhibition: Ciclosporin specifically targets and inhibits the activity of T-lymphocytes (T-cells), which are white blood cells responsible for mounting immune responses against substances perceived as foreign.

• Inflammatory substance reduction: It blocks the production and release of certain inflammatory substances that would normally trigger organ rejection or autoimmune responses.

• Immunosuppressive action: The medicine suppresses the body's natural defence system in a controlled manner, preventing it from attacking transplanted organs or healthy tissues in autoimmune conditions.

• Calcineurin inhibition: Ciclosporin works by blocking an enzyme called calcineurin, which plays a key role in activating T-cells and triggering immune responses.

• Store CYCLOPURE 50 CAPSULE 10 at room temperature in its original container.

• Keep the container tightly closed to protect it from moisture.

• Avoid storing in bathrooms or places exposed to heat.

• Keep away from direct sunlight.

• Store out of reach of children.

• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

• Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily to support kidney function while taking CYCLOPURE 50 CAPSULE 10, as adequate hydration helps reduce the risk of nephrotoxicity (kidney damage).
